We offer two convenient shipping options to our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, our simple returns process makes it easy to return or exchange items.

Returns Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact
  • You can provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened bags of Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings
  • Bedding Plants (perishable items)
  • Artificial Plants that have been removed from packaging

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the same steps as returns
  2. Clearly state you’d like an exchange
  3. Specify the replacement item

We’ll process your exchange once we receive and inspect the original item.
