You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Some items may be excluded (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings (opened bags)
  • Bedding Plants (perishable items)
  • Artificial Plants that have been removed from packaging

Step-by-Step Returns Process

  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, but clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item. We’ll process the exchange once we receive the original item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the return is processed (shipping fees may apply)
