How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting the option to register. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and view your order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer two delivery options:
Standard Shipping: £12.95 (all order values) via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
After 1-2 working days for order processing, delivery typically takes:
– 10-15 days for Standard Shipping
– 15-25 days for Free Shipping
During peak seasons (spring and early summer), processing may occasionally take slightly longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your garden essentials on their journey to you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from receipt to arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. In these cases, we’ll cover the return costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
